We were shopping for options for our fireplace,  converting it from its standard wood burning state. Sean was very professional and courteous guiding us through options and their costs. We settled on propane fire logs which looked very realistic,  highly rated, in our price range and an item that Halligan's stocks.  Sean also recommended a propane company for us to call to set up that installation.  So far we're very pleased with this part of the process; will update after installation and project completion. We purchased our gas log set from Hallinan’s a few years ago. Initially it was working well but after a year or two it was taking longer to come on. We scheduled a service call and Nick came out and fixed the issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
